This commitment is evident as we witness the company driving their customer centric agenda forward as part of its NTP project. PTCL has officially announced the successful transformation of its exchanges under its Network Transformation Project (NTP) in Faisalabad, i.e. Peoples Colony Exchange & Lahore Road /Canal Road Exchange.
Under this project, PTCL has planned to upgrade 100 major exchanges across the country, 53 of which have already been transformed as of today.
The customers residing in the areas where the exchanges have been transformed will be able to get higher bandwidth and better service experience. Customer satisfaction has overall increased due to NTP in transformed exchanges as the new network is fast and reliable. The internet services have improved and in case of any complaint, the resolution time is considerably reduced.

PTCL is focusing on improving service quality and strengthening the overall network infrastructure through the Network Transformation Project. This will, not only benefit the end customer by providing them with high speed unlimited internet, but will also help the telecom giant in increasing growth potential in the broadband and IPTV segment. The company’s efforts are already yielding positive results as customer satisfaction has significantly increased.
The customers of Peoples Colony Exchange & Lahore Road /Canal Road Exchange can now avail affordable packages with internet speed ranging from 10 Mbps to 100 Mbps. Customers can also enjoy value-added services such as multiple IPTV, Static IP & Smart Eye (camera recording) for home users.
