Monetary support programs work more like welfare programs where the Government subsidies to the poor, such as housing assistance, health insurance, financial aid etc. People below a certain poverty line qualify for such type of assistance. Whereas, enabling programs are inclined towards skills development of the people which leads to individual economic growth resulting in overall prosperity of the nation. Courses offered include Freelancing, E-Commerce Management, Digital Literacy, Digital Marketing, AutoCAD, WordPress, Creative Writing, QuickBooks, Graphic Design and Search Engine Optimization. All specialized skills, which once learned can enhance the person’s ability to earn, improve career prospects and surge business growth. Anybody can sign up for these courses whether an existing freelancer, student, housewife, professional, entrepreneur etc.
